2. Minimum spend with wholesale discount at £250 (excluding VAT)
3. Delivery times
- Approximately 1 – 2 weeks after receipt of order confirmation; possibly longer for larger orders but we will confirm at the time of placing an order.
4 Delivery term (INCOTERM 2015 LATEST EDITION):
- Ex Works warehouse (UK)
- Delivery at cost (depending on quantity/ weight)
- Free delivery within mainland England, Scotland and Wales on orders at £500 and above

- Inclusive
6. Payment
- 100% Payment in advance (prior to processing and delivery), unless agreement has been made prior to the order being placed.
7. Online
- Discounting/ promotions are not allowed without prior consent from an authorised representative of Wool Couture Company Ltd.
- PPC Advertising/ Bidding – no bidding on any trademark key words relating to Wool Couture Company Ltd within Paid Search (PPC).
- Sale of products on Amazon is not allowed without prior consent from an authorised representative of Wool Couture Company Ltd.
- Sale of products on eBay is not allowed without prior consent from an authorised representative of Wool Couture Company Ltd.
